There's a two-day wine and spirit festival on Toronto's waterfront next week
With so many food events happening this June it’s high time to start playing favourites. If day drinking beachside is just your cup of tea, Toronto’s Wine & Spirit Festival should be at the top of your list.
Presented by Drink Inc., the two-day event kicks off on Friday, June 16 at Sugar Beach and bills itself as “showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine, beer, cider & spirit producers along with chefs and culinary personalities.”
Festival-goers should look forward to 90 participating vendors, live music, a bacon-centric cook-off, wine and spirit school, and a Cocktail Cage Match competition.
Admission is $25 including five vouchers redeemable towards featured wine, spirits, beer, cocktails, ciders and coolers. Additional vouchers will be for sale (cash only) onsite.
