Thursday marked the fourth day without the TTC’s Line 3 service.
On Monday, following the massive snowfall that hit Toronto, the Scarborough line was replaced with 17 shuttle buses between Kennedy and Scarborough Town Centre.
At the time, TTC spokesperson Stuart Green said that this was due to operator visibility challenges and that snow build-up was significant enough to disrupt service.

But by Thursday afternoon, Line 3 remains shut down.
Green shared photos of crews, who are working outdoors in today’s frigid temperatures.
“Just some of what TTC crews have been doing and dealing with over the past few days on Line 3 Scarborough – and they’re still at it,” he said. “We know this is hugely inconvenient for our customers and want it resolved as badly as you do.”
