There will be a partial evening closure on the TTC next week

Another week, another TTC closure to prepare for.

Next week, the portion of Line 1 between Lawrence and Bloor-Yonge stations will close nightly at 11 pm starting Monday through Thursday (October 7-10) as TTC crews continue installation of the Automatic Train Control (ATC) signalling system.

Shuttle buses will run along Yonge Street, stopping at each station along the route.

Summerhill Station will be closed, but all other stations will remain open for fare sales and access to surface routes.

TTC staff will be on hand to direct customers to shuttle loading and offloading locations, which will vary from station to station. Wheel-Trans will also be available upon request from any station.

As Lawrence Station is not yet accessible, customers requiring an accessible connection should use York Mills Station instead.
