If you’re planning on riding Line 1 this weekend, keep in mind there’s going to be a partial closure on Saturday and Sunday.
According to the transit authority, there won’t be service on Line 1 between St Clair West and Union stations on Saturday, February 23 and Sunday, February 24, while the new Automatic Train Control (ATC) signalling system is installed.
- The TTC just introduced upgraded subway and streetcar maps
- City of Toronto and province sign terms of reference for TTC's subway upload
- Reminder: You can be fined and towed for blocking TTC tracks when you park
Shuttle buses will be operating, and Wheel-Trans service will be available for customers requiring accessible service within the closure area. Customers may request this service from any TTC employee.
While Dupont and Museum stations will be closed, all other stations within the closure area will remain open for fare sales and access to surface routes.
