In January, a Trinity-Bellwoods home was listed on the market for $90K less than the average home price in Toronto.

While it sounded fictional, the house was real.

According to Realtor.ca during the active listing, the single family townhouse is two storeys, has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Located at 15 Rebecca Street, this was in a highly desired neighbourhood in Toronto.

The property was listed for just $749,000, a bargain in our current real estate climate.

The home, which was on the market for more than 100 days, sold for $675,000, according to The Globe and Mail.

This steal needed “a little TLC, renovations and remodeling to become your dream home,” and now, it will be.
