One of Vancouver’s favourite healthy, over-the-counter food purveyors is expanding their mini-chain by heading out east to start their Toronto takeover.

Tractor Foods’ first Toronto location will be opening at 151 Yonge Street later this month. The 70-seat eatery will be open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it will also feature a full cappuccino bar.

Patrons can expect fresh and healthy homemade eats served up in a sleek cafeteria-style setting.

Known for a menu full of dishes like their hearty build-your-own custom bowl, house-made soups, stews, salads, and sandwiches, Tractor does vegetarian dishes with organic tofu along with meaty proteins like grilled albacore tuna, wild coho salmon, and chicken breast.

The thing you’re going to want to try most is Tractor’s signature grilled avocado – so simple, so good.

Whether you’re taking out or dining in, Tractor is a fantastic spot to grab a casual bite. If you’re in a hurry, you can avoid the lunch rush lines by pre-ordering their meal through the Tractor Foods app, available on iOS and Android.

The Yonge Street location will be Tractor’s first Ontario location but its sixth location in total, with the other five all in Vancouver.

This new spot is set to open on June 25, so mark your calendars and prepare your taste buds for this convenient new business district destination comin’ in hot from the west coast.
