The parlour boasts 16 new ice cream and sorbet flavours inspired by Chef Nadège Nourian’s signature cakes and popular desserts and these include varieties like Baked Caramel Crunch, Canadian Gourmet, Cassis Sorbet, and Jindai to name a few.

Nadège’s newest venture is located conveniently close to Trinity Bellwoods Park, the perfect place to sit back and relax with a treat. It will be open Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 10 pm, Saturday from noon to 10 pm, and Sunday from noon to 9 pm.

Nadège ice cream is made using only natural ingredients along with a technique that involves slowly infusing real flavours directly into the ice cream and sorbet. This creates big flavour with a silky texture, which is exactly how we like our ice cream.

“The creation and launch of our new ice cream shop has been a vision of mine for some time and I’m thrilled to finally open its doors and share these new refreshing flavours with Toronto,” said Chef Nadege Nourian.

Nadège’s Rosedale, Scarborough Town Centre and Yorkdale locations serve a selection of soft-serve ice cream as well.
