Winter is about to return in full swing, and with it comes the city’s first major snowfall of the year — 2019, that is.
According to The Weather Network, snow is on its way to Toronto, with up to 15 cm of the fluffy white stuff expected to cover the city on Saturday.
And if snow wasn’t enough to remind us its winter in Toronto, it will also feel like -18°C on Saturday.
It gets even colder, as Sunday will feel like a crisp -27°C.
The week leading up to the cold winter weekend is a warm treat in comparison.
Wednesday will feel like 5°C, and there are flurries in the forecast.
Toronto will be treated to some sunshine on Friday, with highs of -1°C, before we get the full-on winter experience.
Be sure to dress, and plan your weekend (indoors), accordingly.
