It’s about to get seriously hot in the city.
After a rollercoaster of a week temperature-wise, in which we were hit with scorching temperatures, torrential downpours, and everything in between, The Weather Network says it could feel as hot as nearly 50 degrees in the city on Friday.
According to The Weather Network’s latest forecast, temperatures are expected to reach a high of 33ºC, which will feel more like 45ºC with the humidex.
The high temperatures will also be accompanied by the risk of strong thunderstorms, and up to 3 mm of rain in some localized areas.
