Last night, several vigils were held across the GTA for victims of the Quebec City mosque attack on Sunday night.
Hundreds of people gathered at the University of Toronto, while another 1000 collected in Little India. A vigil was also held in Mississauga at Celebration Square.
There was no shortage of emotions. From warm smiles, to tears, Torontonians stood as one. And the overpowering bond was warming on such a cold winter evening, which also included an impromptu signing of “O Canada.”
These are some of the photos from the evening vigils.
