Now in its 33rd year, Toronto’s Veg Food Fest returns this September for a whole weekend of meatless delights.
Presented by the Toronto Vegetarian Association, the food festival claims to be North America’s largest celebration of all things veg and is attended annually by 35,000 visitors each fall.
For 2017, the festival is billing 140 vendors hawking everything from “locally-made cashew ice cream, cookies, cupcakes, artisanal vegan cheeses, pizza, sausages, samosas, salads, and smoothies,” plus 40 hours of music and entertainment programming, panel discussions, cooking demos, and more.
