If you plan on heading outside today, you’re going to want to bundle up, as more snow is on the way.

Because of this, Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for Toronto, as the city is going to be dusted with 4 to 8 cm of snow this morning.

This could potentially turn into 10 cm in certain parts of the GTA by this evening.

Environment Canada is stating that the snowfall will impact the afternoon commute especially as temperatures drop – we’re going to feel a high of 5°C today and a low of -10°C by tonight.

Motorists should plan extra time to reach their destination due to poor winter driving conditions from accumulating snow on untreated roads, and occasionally reduced visibility in snow.

The snow is expected to taper off this evening, however, it’s expected to return again tomorrow.
