With everyone complaining about the rising costs in Toronto’s real estate, it’s good to find a diamond in the rough once in a while.

And that is what this gem is.

This rare east end home could be yours for under $700,000.

Located at 28 Woodfield Road, this hot spot has a roof, places for doors and windows, and even a backyard.

The best part? It all comes with what appears to be a free garbage bin.

Listed by Century 21 at $699,900 (aka a STEAL), this place does come with a “do not enter the home” warning as it may not be safe right now, and there is no key.

“This home is being sold ‘as is.’ Its value is in the land,” states its listing.

And what land it is.

Check out this backyard.

And remember that free bin?

It may not be everyone’s style right now, but there is potential here.

The listing agent shared what this looked like once upon a time.

The house is in a highly desirable neighbourhood, and certainly could be the home of your dreams.

In comparison, a house on the same street had an asking price of $999,900.

But that place did come with doors and windows. No word on whether or not a free bin was added to the mix.
