While it might feel like property listings in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will literally cost you an arm and a leg… and perhaps a kidney, there are still plenty of affordable listings available—you just need to know where to look.
Homebuyers need not worry, because there are plenty of listings available throughout the GTA that are well below the average, which is currently $590,274 for condos and apartments and $832,703 for homes.
According to brokerage Zoocasa, there are a number of listings for under $300,000 currently for sale in Toronto.
And while these listings might not be available in the heart of downtown, many of them come with multiple bedrooms or spacious balconies, catering to every buyers’ needs.
