Toronto Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old boy.
According to police, Andrew Whitlock was last seen on Sunday, June 23, at approximately 3:30 pm, in the area of The West Mall and Rathburn Road.
He is described as 5’9”, 130 lbs., with a thin build, short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jogging pants, black Roots jackets, black Air Force one shoes, with a white cross body Air Jordan bag.
