You can get unique and mouthwatering pies at this Toronto pie pop-up next month.
Apple, pumpkin, and cherry pies are a thing of the past, because The New Pie company has reached another level when it comes to extraordinary pie flavours.
On May 1, the pop-up will be at Lit Espresso Bar at 221 Roncesvalles Avenue and at The Blue Bird at 2072 Dundas Street West on May 9.
“Dreaming up new flavours for an old classic,” reads the shop’s website.

A caramel popcorn pie, Thai iced tea meringue pie, a mango cheesecake swirl pie in a lemon poppy seed crust are a few pies teased on the company’s Instagram page.
But for the May 1 pop-up, customers will be able to choose from their PB Treats, Banana Foster, and Buko pies.
Online orders start on April 25 at 12 pm for pick up on May 1. Pick-up times will be from May 1 from 10 am to 12 pm.

According to The New Pie Co., pies sell out quickly, so customers are asked to register for a Shop Pay account on their website before the 12 pm mark to check out fast.
Customers will not be able to purchase pies the day of on-site; however, you will have an opportunity on May 9 to secure some sweet, sweet pie.
A date for pre-orders for the May 9 pop-up will be released at a later date.
