Two months free rent, stocked wine fridge among move-in incentives at these Toronto properties

Toronto landlords are becoming more creative with their move-in incentives to entice potential tenants to rent from them.

The Toronto rental market has taken a deep nose dive over the past year as many renters are now working from home and are opting to leave the city to seek more affordable accommodations with bigger spaces elsewhere.

This has driven up the vacancy rate on Toronto rentals and rent prices are dropping all over the city. Just last month, one-bedrooms hit a four-year low, at an average price of $1,770. Not only is there now lower rent, but Toronto landlords are feeling the pressure to add extra move-in incentives to get tenants into their properties.

From free rent and free parking to covered moving expenses and even a fully stocked wine fridge, here are six Toronto properties that are currently offering move-in incentives that are almost too good to pass up, courtesy of Rentals.ca.
