Toronto Humane Society requesting blanket donations to keep dogs warm
The Toronto Humane Society is requesting blanket donations — either new or used — to keep dogs warm in its shelter.
According to a tweet posted by the organization, the shelter is very low in blankets and sheets.
The team will accept donations of clean, new or used blankets, sheets, and towels to their location at 11 River Street from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm, or 10 am to 6 pm on weekends.

And if you were wondering — as one Twitter-user was — whether the puppers can curl up in handmade blankets, they certainly can.
“As long as [it] works to cover them from cold and to have them comfy at night,” the Humane Society says.
