It's going to be 13°C in Toronto for Halloween evening

Whether you plan to go trick-or-treating, or to check out Toronto’s most famous Halloween street, don’t let the rain dampen your spirit.

There’s good news when it comes to this evening’s weather conditions.

Both Environment Canada and The Weather Network are forecasting mild temperatures ranging between 13°C and 15°C for prime trick-or-treating times tonight.

And with that, it will be cloudy, but this terrifying Halloween rain will stop.
