The best Halloween costumes in Toronto... so far (PHOTOS)

We know that Halloween isn’t officially until Thursday, but that didn’t stop the people of Toronto from heading to parties this past weekend in full Halloween attire.

So far, it appears that 2019 is the year of the pop-culture references as there have already been quite a few Post Malone costumes, plenty of movie and TV references, nods to the Raptors, and even some horror-movie classics, giving us major costume inspo for October 31.
