Luminato

What: The 13th annual Luminato Festival returns to Toronto this month, and the multi-arts and multi-platform event will take over the city for 17 days of free and ticketed programming. From a larger-than-life mirrored maze and provocative new work by one of Canada’s most renowned puppet masters to a massive choral event along Toronto’s waterfront and the North American premiere of a reimagined dance classic, Luminato will host over 165 Canadian and international artists.

UpMarket: The Floral Edit

What: For the second summer in a row, UpMarket returns to The Lane in Yorkville Village. Every Wednesday during summer, you can shop from a highly curated selection of local vendors offering handmade creations, gourmet foods, and unique gifts.

Yoga in the Square

What: Now that the sun has finally arrived, get out from behind your computer and enjoy a wellness lunch break. Starting today, Nathan Phillips Square is hosting a free lunch-time yoga class led by Charlotte Singman. Don’t forget to bring your mat.

Coffee and Canvas: Freestyle Painting
