Toronto's famous Christmas Market is returning this winter

It might be feeling like summer outside, but winter is coming, and with it comes the annual Toronto Christmas Market.

This year, you can get into the holiday spirit starting November 15. The Market will feature entertainment, beer gardens, vendors, and a whole lot of Christmas cheer. Get cozied up, and head down to the Distillery District to experience its magic.

While admission remains free during weekdays, the non-profit organization has evening and weekend charges — but worry not, it all goes to charity.

Funds raised from ticket sales help grow the festival, and support three charities: The Daily Bread Food Bank which helps provide nutritious food to people struggling with hunger, Plan International Canada which helps families and children in developing countries to break the cycle of poverty, and The Toronto Star Santa Claus Fund which helps provide gifts to underprivileged children.

Tickets will soon be available online and at the door. The market is closed on Mondays, but the Distillery District is open seven days a week.
