The Toronto Blue Jays are set to add even more renovations to Rogers Centre.
Blue Jays president and CEO Mark Shapiro recently spoke on the upcoming renovations, which will be done on the 200L TD Clubhouse beginning in the offseason.
The newly renovated area — which will be ready by Opening Day in 2026 — will be named the Homeplate Terrace Club, and seats are already on sale as season ticket memberships.

“Step into the newest reimagined premium space at Rogers Centre: an elite vantage point to watch your Blue Jays, steps away from an elegant outdoor terrace, with an immersive elevated culinary experience at every turn,” an excerpt from the Blue Jays site reads.
“With prime baseball views from the 200 level directly behind home plate, this premium club is so much more than a seat at the game – it’s an elegant escape connected to every moment of the action, and your exclusive membership to experience Toronto Blue Jays baseball in luxury.”

This area will feature concierge service, a wide selection of drinks, and plenty of food, including sushi, pizza, and more. Those with a sweet tooth will be happy to know that plenty of tasty treats will be available, including ice cream, milkshakes, and candy.
The seating in this club will have sought-after views directly behind home plate, extended leg room, and unique seating options such as an elevated bar rail. Those with tickets in this seated area can also get into the building through a private entrance off Bremner Boulevard, and are guaranteed to recieve promotional giveaways upon entry.

This is just the latest of several upgrades that have occurred at Rogers Centre since the end of the 2022 season. In total, the renovations, which are all by PCL construction, have cost nearly $400 million.
