What: To celebrate the release of the new movie The Goldfinch, Warner Bros Canada has partnered with Jacqueline Poirier, more commonly known as The Crazy Plate Lady, to host a special plate painting class at the Ritz Carlton in Toronto today.

The Who: Moving On!

What: After rescheduling their show in June, The Who are returning live in concert at Scotiabank Arena tonight. It’ll be a night of classic rock hits that have made them a multi-generational success. Tickets are still available!

The Frosh Icebreaker

What: Whether you’re starting fresh or back again, everyone loves a big party, and this is certainly BIG. With around 600 students attending, the icebreaker is a time honoured tradition that should be etched on every calendar. Hosted in early September, tis time to dress classy, act a lil trashy and make a bad first impression.

Toronto Island Night SUP Adventure

What: See Toronto in a whole new light on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP)! All skill levels welcome and no prior paddleboarding experience required). This Toronto Island Night SUP Adventure includes an intro to paddleboarding lesson, a serene sunset tour on the calm waterways of the Toronto Islands, and even a light-up paddle. Your tour is guided by professionally certified SUP instructors.

Social Distortion & Flogging Molly: Summer Tour 2019

What: Social Distortion is a punk rock band formed in 1978 in Fullerton, California, and has been a staple on the scene ever since. There’s making a Toronto stop on their summer tour with the always energetic, mass ensemble that is Ireland’s Flogging Molly.
