The stars were out Saturday night in Toronto —and they got to take in a pretty good WWE show, to boot.

At the Elimination Chamber taking place at the Rogers Centre in front of a near sell-out crowd of 35,000+, a few A-Listers were in attendance for arguably the biggest WWE match in Canada since Wrestlemania X8 in 2002.

Though he’s only affiliated with the WWE on a part-time basis given his busy Hollywood career, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was the biggest name in town for the event, entering the stadium alongside musician Travis Scott.

And though he didn’t officially step foot in the ring to wrestle, he received arguably the loudest cheer on the evening when introduced in order to present an offer to take WWE champion Cody Rhodes under his wing. (Rhodes rejected the offer with an emphatic “Go f**k yourself.)

Musicians Drake and Nav, actors Andrew Phung, Robbie Amell, and Italia Ricci, and former Sportsnet and CityTV personality Sid Seixeiro were also in attendance.

Last week, Drake announced that he was postponing four remaining tour dates in Australia, with “scheduling conflicts” cited as the reason.

On the broadcast, ESPN personality Pat McAfee and NHL Network host Jackie Redmond were both working as hosts.

On the wrestling side of things, John Cena was the most famous competitor in attendance, as one of the headliners of the men’s Elimination Chamber match, coming out victorious in the end.

The event was billed as Cena’s last match in Canada, was taking on CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Damian Priest, and Seth Rollins in the men’s match.

Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan,Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Naomi,  and Roxanne Perez faced off in the women’s match, with Belair being deemed the victor.

Canadian wrestlers Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens also squared off in an unsanctioned match with Owens claiming the W, while Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus wrestled against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae in a tag-team match, with the former team winning.

The event was the second WWE performance in as many days in Toronto, with Friday Night SmackDown taking place a day prior down the street at Scotiabank Arena.
