The Alley is expanding with new locations opening across Toronto

After an incredibly successful launch in Markham, bubble tea chain, The Alley will finally open its first Toronto stores – yes, that’s plural!

Incoming outlets are going in at Scarborough Sky City and at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor, meaning fans of The Alley’s blueberry-tasting milk tea and colourful slushies will no longer need to trek to Markham once the new locations

Over the past few years Taiwanese bubble tea franchises have set up shop in the GTA, and competition has continually grown.

The Alley differentiates itself through its high standard of quality and attention to detail. Sugar cane syrup is made in-house, and tapioca (or Deerioca, as The Alley has coined) is made fresh—from making the dough to kneading it and rolling the dough into bite-sized balls.
