According to a Canada Soccer press release, the country’s 2024 home kit is all about unity and making a bold statement. It rocks a clean, two-tone red look with a street-style Swoosh that brings back vibes from Canadian jerseys of years past.
The away kit, on the other hand, celebrates the country’s diversity and pays homage to the game’s pioneers. It has 13 red stripes representing the 10 provinces and three territories.
The jerseys are made with Nike’s DRI-FIT ADV tech as part of the company’s “Move to Zero” waste initiative.
Fans can catch the debut of these kits on March 23, as Canada’s Men’s National Team takes on Trinidad & Tobago in a CONCACAF Nations League play-in match, vying for a spot in the 2024 Copa América.
Meanwhile, the Women’s National Team will flaunt the new kits during the SheBelieves Cup matches in the United States on April 6 and 9.
The new Canada 2024 Match Kit will be available for fans to purchase starting in May on Canada Soccer’s website.
