Taste of Regent Park is serving pay-what-you-can meals this summer
You can eat dinner outside with your neighbours this summer, now that Taste of Regent Park has returned.
The weekly family-friendly event, presented by the Regent Park Community Food Centre, is offered every Wednesday from July 3 until August 28.
You’ll find delicious eats in the green space (AKA the “Big Park”), and the event promises an affordable produce market in addition to a pay-what-you-can community meal.

Cooked each week by different caterer enlisted through the community’s Culinary Training Program, expect to find hearty weekday meals cooked up in the wood-fire bake oven along with freshly baked snacks.
Rounding out the weekly feast, look forward to local vendors and organizational partners hawking food and clothing.
Plus, attendees can also enjoy arts and crafts, kids’ activities, music, dance, workshops, performances, and a movie at sundown.
