Two stolen school buses ditched in pond north of Toronto (VIDEO)
Someone stole two school buses Wednesday night and ditched them in a snowy pond in Vaughan, Ontario.
York Regional Police say a civilian reported the out-of-place yellow buses just before 7 am Thursday, and officers who went to the scene found the two vehicles with their front wheels submerged in water.
A witness who saw the buses posted a video of the odd-looking scene to YouTube, under a profile belonging to a local flower shop. The person who took the video told Daily Hive there’s no road close to the pond, making the incident even more strange.

A police spokesperson told Daily Hive they believe the driver intentionally left the buses in the water — it wasn’t an accident.
But they don’t yet have any suspects in the investigation, and couldn’t say where the buses were stolen from.
