“Hosting the first ever sour beer-focused festival for the Niagara region is an idea we have talked about since the early days of the Exchange Brewery. We hope this event will draw both sour beer lovers and anyone with an interest in these styles to Niagara-on-the-Lake,” says Sam Maxbauer, Head Brewer at The Exchange Brewery on the event’s website.

“We wanted to have a brewer-curated festival line-up with some of our favourite sour beer producers from across the province and beyond. Together with our colleagues, we hope to help educate, foster new experiences for festival-goers with niche beer styles and continue to grow the festival year after year.”
