There's a 1000 ft slip n' slide an hour from Toronto this weekend

Just because Slide the City isn’t coming back to Toronto this summer doesn’t mean you can’t still get your urban slide on.

In fact, thanks to The Urban Slide, that’s exactly what you can do this weekend in Georgina, Ontario. The Canadian owned and operated company brings their 1000 ft. slip n’ slide to six Ontario communities over the summer and this weekend they happen to be just an hour north of Toronto, at the southern tip of Lake Simcoe.

In case you’re looking for a little extra fun this Canada Day weekend, we suggest you head north for a day of urban sliding.

And yes, there will be a beer garden too.
