The housing market is going through an unpredictable and transitional time during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The GTA home sales dropped over 50% in May compared to the same time last year.

And while home sales and listing did see an increase in May compared to the previous month, the drop in housing prices and rent is making the market more accessible for some interested residents.

While you can expect virtual apartment viewings, here are six of the “cheapest” rentals,  recently listed by Zoocasa, showing places in and around Toronto.
