Toronto just got a specialty shop for pork and chicken floss cakes

For those who love to combine savoury with sweet, this new Toronto bakery for meat floss cakes is serving up just what you need.

Now open at 5361 Yonge Street, Si FU BAO specializes in pork and chicken floss cakes, available in seaweed and crab egg flavours respectively.

Made with a base of chiffon cake, rolled in savoury, fluffy meat “floss,” and filled with a house-made secret sauce, the bite-sized beauties are the ideal snack, any time of day.
