One of Toronto's best bagel pop-ups is opening a bodega

Carb lovers, prepare yourselves.

One of the city’s best bagel pop-ups, Primrose Bagel, has announced that it’ll soon be opening a storefront in the St. Clair West neighbourhood.

The self-described “bagel lifestyle brand”, known for offering delicious, doughy sandwiches at Sam James Coffee Bar and Bar Isabel pop-up events, shared official news of the location on Instagram Wednesday.

The confirmation came a week after teasing followers with an image of what the storefront will look like.

There’s no word yet on when exactly the spot will be opening, but they’re aiming for sometime this fall… and they’re already seeking hires.

Get ready for “hot bagels, smoked fishies, soups, salads, and a curated selection of items you might find at a NY style bodega.”
