Three Brampton Shoppers Drug Mart employees test positive for COVID-19
Three employees at a Shoppers Drug Mart location in Brampton have reported testing positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday.
According to parent company Loblaws, the Shoppers location at 10661 Chinguacousy Fletchers Meadow, reported three employees testing positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19.
The last day they had worked was on December 24, December 27, and January 3, respectively.
Several Shoppers locations over the holiday season reported cases in Toronto and the GTA.
Grocery stores during the busiest days of the year reported over 60 cases among their employees.

In an effort for transparency, Loblaws updates their coronavirus cases reported in stores by province within the last 15 days.
“In addition, we have mandated that our staff and customers wear masks in Extra Foods, Fortinos, Maxi, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstores, and T&T stores across Canada,” said Loblaws.
