Seats from Blue Jays home Rogers Centre are being auctioned

Toronto Blue Jays fans who enjoy collecting memorabilia may need to open their wallets and begin bidding.

Rogers Centre underwent major renovations ahead of and during the 2024 season. Some of those changes included seats, with the old ones being replaced by wider and more comfortable options to make the viewing experience more pleasurable for fans.

Now, two of those old seats are available for purchase via 32auctions. They are available to be bid on, with the minimum price beginning at $900. They will remain up for grabs until December 9, 12 pm ET.

The seats from the 500 level come with a letter of authenticity from the Hall of Fame.

So far, they haven’t drawn many eyes, though that should change in the coming days. The winner must pick them up from the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame at 386 Church St. S. in St. Marys, Ontario.

While all the renovations at Rogers Centre are complete, the Blue Jays still need to make many changes ahead of the 2025 season.

After finishing 2024 with an extremely disappointing 74-88 record, many fans called for the firing of general manager Ross Atkins. He ultimately held onto his job, but he’s undoubtedly on the hot seat.

To Atkins’ credit, he and the rest of the Jays’ front office are doing what they can to ensure things turn around. They are targeting many highly talented free agents.

The biggest of the bunch is Juan Soto, who is being targeted by several teams. They’re also said to be among some of the best starting pitchers available, such as Corbin Burnes and Max Fried. Should they land any of those three, they’ll have a great opportunity to become a playoff team once again next season.
