Santana and Earth, Wind and Fire are coming to Toronto for a concert August 9

Do you remember the 21st night of September? While the equinox might feel far away, this year’s Santana and Earth, Wind and Fire concert is not.
That’s right — both fierce musical talents will be hitting the Budweiser Stage in Toronto on August 9 starting at 7 pm.
Carlos Santana and Earth, Wind and Fire are set to embark on their Miraculous Supernatural 2020 tour across North America, which serves as a continuation of 2019’s Supernatural Now tour for Santana.
Produced by Live Nation, the concerts begins in San Diego on June 19 and will stop in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and Chicago before landing in Toronto for the August 9 show.
The tour will stop in Montreal on August 11 too. It’s the second and only other Canadian stop on the road.

“It is a great joy and honor to co-share music with the magnificent elements of Earth, Wind & Fire. We look forward to delight, joy, and ecstasy,” Santana said in a release.
“I feel like a 20-year-old on stage playing with my band, and they deliver incredible energy on every song. When we hit the stage, we know we will touch your heart and make you dance, sing, cry, laugh, and leave your worries and fears behind. The shows will feature the hits of yesterday, today and tomorrow … with energy!”
And the excitement the artist feels for the performance is shared by the group he’s partnered up with.
“We are excited to rock the USA alongside our friend Carlos Santana and his band with their off-the-chart musicianship and high energy show,” Philip Bailey, Earth, Wind and Fire’s lead vocalist said.
“We‘re going to bring the mighty elements of the universe to the stage and take fans on a journey they’ll never forget. This is gonna be a blast.”
Tickets will go on sale at 10 am on Friday, February 28, and will be available on Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
