Toronto is getting a festival totally dedicated to pumpkins next month
Fall is here and that means beautiful colours, pumpkin-spice everything, and perhaps best of all, autumn-themed festivals.
Get ready to fully embrace the greatest season of the year with the annual Pumpkinfest.
The festival totally dedicated to orange squash and gourds is set to return to Downsview Park for three days of Thanksgiving weekend fun and activities.

The event will offer free admission and free parking all weekend long. There will be aĀ Food Truck Frenzy featuring TorontoāsĀ premiere food on wheels, and plenty of entertainment too.
Bring the whole family along to enjoy an educationalĀ animal display and petting zoo and a slew of competitions, includingĀ pumpkin carving, pie-eating, and a costume contest.
A fee is tacked onto face painting, inflatables, rides, and games in the kiddie midway, as well as arts and crafts, a baked goods sale, vendors, and pony rides.
