Night "prowler" faces 6 charges after peering into Toronto home multiple times

Toronto police are thanking the public for its assistance while announcing that they have arrested and charged a male suspect after he “prowled” through a neighbourhood at night and reportedly peered into a home multiple times.

Between January 2 and January 5, officers say they responded to three separate nighttime calls for a prowler in the Bloor Street West and Prince Edward Drive area.

According to law enforcement, a couple was in their home when a man entered their backyard and, on all three occasions, he peered through the windows of the home.

It’s said he targeted the same home each time.

On Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at approximately 3 pm, police executed a search warrant on a home near Park Lawn Road and Berry Road.

Twenty-four-year-old Ryan Perry of Toronto has been arrested according to police. He is charged with three counts of Prowl by Night and three counts of Mischief.
