Purchasing your TTC monthly pass on PRESTO is about to become easy.

Starting Saturday, December 15 through January 8, customers who previously used the monthly Metropass can purchase their TTC monthly passes and 12-month passes on PRESTO.

PRESTO monthly passes will still cost the same and provide TTC riders with the same unlimited travel as the previous Metropass and Metropass Discount Plan (MDP) did.

The new PRESTO monthly passes will be on sale at all Shoppers Drug Mart locations, Fare Vending Machines at TTC subway station entrances, the TTC’s Customer Service Centre, or online at prestocard.ca.

Twelve Month Passes on PRESTO are only available online at prestocard.ca.

Any customer who needs to get a senior, youth or post-secondary concession on their PRESTO card can do so with the appropriate government issued-ID at any Shoppers Drug Mart location or at the TTC’s Customer Service Centre above Davisville Station.

Post-secondary students will require a post-secondary student photo ID to set their fare type.

TTC customers are encouraged to register their PRESTO card by creating a My PRESTO Account online at prestocard.ca to take advantage of a number of benefits.

Registering a PRESTO card protects the balance or monthly pass on the card if it’s ever lost or stolen in addition to the autoload and auto-renew features, so you never have to worry about loading money or a monthly pass.
