Join your friends at a rooftop patio party in Toronto this winter

Ahh, rooftop bars. City views, sipping on drinks, spending time with friends. Throw in a few board games and some good music and you’re set for the best afternoon ever. But enjoying everything rooftops have to offer is confined to the days of summer past, right?

Not so fast. From now until December 21, The Porch is putting on their very first Porchmas event, where you can indulge in everything holiday-themed from the cozy ambience of a heated rooftop.

We’re talking about Christmas trees, igloos, holiday-themed food and cocktails, and even a Santa’s Workshop photobooth. We don’t know about you, but we can’t think of a more Instagrammable occasion then a holiday-themed rooftop party.

Ticketholders can sip on a warm complimentary holiday drink (think s’mores cocktails or mulled wine), grab some kettle corn, and head on over to the photo booth before settling down to a game of Connect Four or Bean Bag Toss. There’ll even be Christmas movies playing, like Home Alone and Christmas Vacation. 

Hungry? Sugar Shack will be serving up its incredible Ontario Maple Taffy, and you’ll also find festive treats like Raccoon Tails, Classic Canadian Chilli, Ooey Gooey Poutine, Do You Even Fondue, Bro? and Sandlot S’mores.

A portion of the proceeds for the event will go towards Habitat for Humanity. And since it’s the season of giving, anyone who brings a can of food will get an additional warm drink.
