There's an Epic Plant-Based Pizza Showdown in Yorkville in March
Three of the city’s most delicious plant-powered restos are coming together to celebrate Pi Day in the greatest way.
Planta Toronto is partnering with Virtuous Pie and Pizzeria Libretto to bring Toronto the Plant-Based Pizza Showdown on Thursday, March 14.

As plant-based cuisine continues to get more creative and increasingly delicious, there’s got to be a little direct competition once in a while.
Which is why chefs from Planta, Virtuous Pie, and Pizzeria Libretto are coming together at Planta to experiment and innovate for your entertainment.

Chefs David Lee from Planta, Christina Zoubos from Virtuous Pie and Rocco Agostino from Pizzeria Libretto will battle, face-to-face, to earn bragging rights for Best Crust, Most Creative and Best Presentation.
Tickets to the showdown are available for $40 per person, and once you’ve got on on-hand, you get to taste the pizzas and enjoy bevvies, too.
