As of March 4, the Canadian chocolatier will be offering its first-ever vegan chocolate across Canada.
Made with 100% sustainable cocoa, the bars are crafted in a vegan-only area to ensure milk ingredients don’t come in contact with the chocolate, a Purdys spokesperson told Daily Hive.

The chocolate contains no genetically-modified ingredients, and even the sweetness of the stuff is plant-based, as vegan-friendly beet sugar is used in the bars.
So one of these treats is basically a salad.
With only five ingredients, this sweet and simple new addition to the Purdys selection is one that tastes incredible, and won’t leave you feeling sluggish.
Even non-vegans are going to love this.
