Toronto restaurant favourite Patois is hosting a pop-up next week
Good news for Toronto jonesing for a Jamaican Patty Double Down!
Patois is popping up starting Monday, December 12 at Jackpot! Chicken Rice in Chinatown.
Chef Craig Wong is hosting the pop-up at his sister restaurant on Spadina for at least a week, possibly up until the New Year based on popular demand.
The Chinese-Jamaican restaurant on Dundas West has been out of commission all summer following a devastating fire at the address next door. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to reopen in 2017.
For now get your fix of juicy jerk chicken, Chinese pineapple bun burgers, and double downs next week at this pop-up.
