PAI Toronto is expanding this fall and will be bringing Chef Nuit’s Thai cuisine to the Yonge and Eglinton area by the end of this year.

The new restaurant will be located at 2335 Yonge Street in a two-storey building, which will house two private dining rooms and multiple dining “coves” that can seat groups of four to 30.

There will also be a separate takeout entrance and even a stage for live music entertainment.

“Uptown Yonge and our community are delighted to welcome PAI Restaurant to the vibrant Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood,” says Daly McCarten, executive director of Uptown Yonge BIA.

“The new location will be incredibly fun, with a lot of nods to our original location but with its own quirky personality,” adds co-owner Jeff Regular.

“With a lively and energetic neighbourhood as Yonge & Eglinton, we look forward to becoming an exciting new culinary hub to gather for guests living and working in the community and beyond while continuing to showcase Chef Nuit’s Thai food and culture.”

Popular dishes such as Grabong, Thai Chicken Wings, Khao Soi, Pad Gra Prow, and the signature Chef Nuit Pad Thai will be featured on the menu.

PAI Uptown will also feature a brand-new wine and bar program, with more exciting new dishes introduced to the menu at both locations.

“Our goal with PAI Uptown is to continue to serve the favourite dishes that everyone has come to know and love at our flagship location while making it accessible to even more of Toronto,” said co-owner and Executive Chef Nuit Regular.

“The new space is fun, inviting and a place where guests will feel like they have been transported to Thailand every time they visit with our food and ambiance.”

No date has been set for the opening of PAI Toronto’s newest location, but eyes are set for a late 2020 opening.
