There’s a Wizard of Oz-themed Halloween party happening in Toronto this weekend and it’s all for a good cause.

The charity event, hosted by Universe of Ali in partnership with Love Wild Live Free, bills itself as “Toronto’s premier vegan-friendly Halloween party” and promises a “gala-style, costumed event” in support of the Story Book Farm Primate Sanctuary, AKA now home to Darwin, Toronto’s infamous IKEA monkey.

Partygoers are encouraged to dress like their favourite characters from Oz while exploring themed rooms in a mansion. Guest can also look forward to a curated selection of nibbles from Chef James Snow of Canada Catering, Kupfert & Kim, Panago Pizza, Culcherd, and more plus an evening of entertainment and a ‘Flying Monkeys’ balloon raffle.

When: October 21, 8 pm
Where: Armour Heights Officers Mess, 215 Yonge Boulevard, Toronto
Price: $60
