Open Roof Festival returns to Toronto for summer '17

Another one for the list of movie watching under the stars this summer: Now in its eighth year, Toronto’s Open Roof Festival returns!

The weekly event is an al fresco festival featuring indie film, music from emerging artists, and an ever-changing menu off the food truck from Toben Food by Design.

Happening every Tuesday at 99 Sudbury from June 27 to August 29, you’ll find the following film screenings on this summer’s bill:

• Colossal, June 27
• Free Fire, July 4
• The Bad Batch, July 11
• Get Out, July 18
• Brimstone & Glory, July 25
• TBC, August 8
• Rumble: The Indians Who Rocked The World, August 15
• It Comes at Night, August 22
• Sundowners, August 29

Tickets are available online in advance, as well as from the on-site box office which opens at 7 pm for cash-only tickets. Musical guests perform at 8 pm nightly while screenings commence around 9 pm.
