Almost the entire province of Ontario is dealing with temperatures worthy of an extreme cold weather warning this morning.
Environment Canada issues the warning when “very cold temperatures or wind chill creates an elevated risk to health such as frost bite and hypothermia.”
Some areas of the province have woken up to wind chill values of -40°C or below.
