The Office Pub closed temporarily after failed health inspection

The Office Pub in the King West neighbourhood has been forced to close after a failed health inspection on Tuesday.

Knocked for the food premise being maintained in manners permitting both health hazards and adverse effects on food, it’s unclear at this time when the spot will reopen.

Additional infractions included food equipment not in good repair, mechanical equipment not maintained to provide sufficient chemical solution risk, and a failure to protect against the breeding of pests.

The establishment had passed its most recent health inspection, conducted on June 21 of this year.

When an eatery is forced to close after failing, health inspectors re-visit the space after a couple of days to conduct a new inspection, checking to ensure that immediate health hazards have been resolved.
