Noodle Bar Hot Cocoa Soft Serve via Momofuku
After you’ve enjoyed your dinner at Kojin, it just makes sense to stop at Noodle Bar’s soft-serve station on your way out. In honour of Valentine’s Day, the spot is offering an exclusive new flavour of their famous sweet treat: hot cocoa. Developed by Chef Hans in collaboration with Chefs with Hart, this cold dessert has warming properties which come from star anise, cardamom and coriander seed. All proceeds of soft serve sales from February 10 to 16 are being donated to Sick Kids Hospital — how sweet.
